Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project includes the work necessary to chip seal various streets throughout the City. Each proposal must contain a certified check or cashier's check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Such check shall be certified or issued by either a State or National Bank and payable to the City of Rapid City, Rapid City, South Dakota, or in lieu thereof, a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, and such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in this state and payable to the City of Rapid City, Rapid City, South Dakota, as a guarantee of the Bidder entering into a contract for the construction of the work and furnishing of a 100 percent performance bond Work may not begin before July 30, 2022. All work shall be completed by September 23, 2022. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all informalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City.
