Renovation of a mixed-use development in Florence, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
flooring at the following sites; 1.Brooks Elementary 2.Lauderdale County High School 3.Rogers High School 4.Underwood Elementary A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. For more information you may contact the Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Mark Waddell at 256-443-6861. A certified check or bid bond payable to Lauderdale County Board of Education in the amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the contract. Bids should be placed in a sealed envelope with "RFP 2022 Bid #2632 Flooring Improvement, June 2022" clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Lauderdale County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Lauderdale County Board of Education is an EEO/AA employer and any successful bidder will be required to comply with applicable federal and state laws and executive orders.
