Which includes 5 offices, a lobby/waiting room, a conference room, a copy/office, a breakroom, a storage, a locker room and two restrooms. Provide an alternative to remove existing tile. ALTERNATE NUMBER 2 Removal of existing roofing system and installation of a new standing seam metal roofing system.nExisting roofing system shall be hauled away and existing wood deck shall be evaluated for damages and potential replacement. The existing wood deck shall be replaced in areas that will not be sufficient for attachment of new metal roofing system. Wood deck replacement shall be alternate number 3 and costs shall be provided as a s.f. price for replacement. New metal roofing system shall be installed per specification section 076100 Metal Roofing. Underlayment shall be installed per specification section 076100. ALTERNATE NUMBER 3 Remove and replace existing wood decking with 7 ply 3/4 " tongue and groove wood decking fastened to existing wood trusses.
