Renovation of a library in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Checks shall be made payable to The Vaughn Collaborative, located at 300 Phillips Boulevard, Suite 500, Ewing, NJ 08618-1400 (T: 609/530-7400) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Bid documents will be on disk. Bid Documents may be sent via Federal Express with Bidders FedEx Account number or a UPS Call Tag. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of (N.J.A.C. 17:27 & N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.). This is a prevailing wage project. Deadline for written questions to Architect via email (mail@TVCarch.com) is Friday, May 27, 2022 at 2 PM. Bids for said Contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications. All Bids must be stated in words and figures and must be submitted in a sealed envelope (1 Original and 1 copy) with the envelopes to bear the following information: Title of Project: Roof Replacement and Exterior Repairs Name and Address of Bidder: Bids shall be delivered by mail, express delivery service, or dropped off in person to the Office of the Township Purchasing Agent, 3rd Floor of the Woodbridge Municipal Building If Bids are to be accepted by mail or courier, the Bids must be placed in an outer envelope, which on the top right-hand side should clearly designate in the same manner as set forth above, the same size and information. The inner envelope should have specifically placed in the center the same information as set forth above and on the bottom left-hand side the name and address of the Bidder. The burden is upon the Bidder to comply specifically with the directions in the Notice to Bidders. The Bidders are put on notice that because of precautions resulting from terrorist threats; packages may be opened if directed to the wrong office. Any Bid not delivered in the manner as set forth in this Notice to Bidders may be declared void. All bids must be submitted on forms obtained from The Vaughn Collaborative in the General Documents along with the drawings and specifications. Each bidder shall deposit with its bid a certified check or cashier's check, or bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond (cash will not be accepted) drawn to Township of Woodbridge, in the amount of ten percent (10%) but not to exceed $20,000 of the total bid, as provided in the said specifications, as a guarantee of good faith in bidding and shall also submit a certificate from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with a bond in such sum as is required in the advertisement or in the specifications. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration Law) as more specifically set forth in bid specifications. It is the responsibility of each bidder to ensure that their bid is complete and presented to the Purchasing Agent before the bid date and time. Bids will not be accepted or received by the Borough after the advertised bid due date and time. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). Note: Any contractors wishing to be placed on Plan Holders list MUST purchase documents from Architect.
