The tender documents, any document to which they refer as well as any additional document related thereto can only be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System of the Government of Quebec. The Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) apply to this call for tenders. The results of the submissions will be published on the Electronic Tendering System. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
