The proposed project consists but not limited to, renovation of an existing park, demo of spaces, play structures, safety surface, landscaping, field work, and all site amenities All question regarding the project shall be submitted no later than June 10th, 2022 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) (Not to exceed $20,000) of the total bid, payable to the Owner, as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder he will enter into a contract with the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract award.
