To perform all works specified in the Contract documents at 0536 Wellington County Rd 18, R.R.1, Fergus, Ontario in accordance with detailed specifications. The County is limiting participation in this tender to the below list of prequalified General Contractors and well as GC's holding current membership in the Grand Valley Construction Association to ensure their legal and financial capacities, and the commercial and technical abilities, to undertake this project. Therefore, bids will only be received from general contractors meeting these requirements.
