This program provides funds for study and replacement of aged city facilities specifically the Argonne Armory Building located at 602 Robert D. Ray Drive which is no longer a functional space for city staff and residents. This project is in included in the City of Des Moines FY 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of May 15, 2025, further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
