Site work for a civil project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The funding source for this project is Sewer Revenue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Pond 1 Sheet Piling Removalas follows: Removal of approximately 1600 LF of 20 sheet piles located in Wet-Weather Storage Pond 1 at the Water Pollution Control Plant. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by the City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana . No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. Bidders will be charged a fee of $25.00 to submit a bid electronically. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
