Bids received by the Bremerton School District after the time listed above may not be considered. Time of receipt will be as determined by the time received in the Bremerton School District Office. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, interior renovations to convert an existing hallway in into four (4) offices with a hallway, and acoustical upgrades to three existing classrooms. Three existing exterior roll up doors in the hallway will be infilled with exterior assemblies and windows added to each room. One additional exit door is proposed at Restorative School, 3733 W Loxie Eagans Blvd, Bremerton, Washington 98337. The anticipated base bid cost range is $500,000 to $600,000, excluding sales tax. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day for each calendar day after the Contract Time that Substantial Completion is not attained.
