RAM is the construction manager for a project @ FAMU @ the M.S. Thomas Building. We will be renovating about 2,000 square feet of space in the building into teaching & study spaces for staff & students. Thomas Building Renovations, located at 1600 Wahnish Way., Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Trade Contractors for the following bid packages: 2A Selective Demolition 9C Painting 9A Acoustical Ceilings 15A HVAC 9B Flooring 16A Electrical RAM will receive sealed proposals for these bid packages as prepared by RAM based on construction documents by Elliot Marshall Innes (EMI) Architects, Tallahassee, Florida. All bidders are required to be pre-Qualified prior to submitting a proposal.
