Renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide a Cultural Room Renovation in the existing Resource Centre at St. Jude School. The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board invites interested parties to submit Quotations to provide construction of a new Cultural Classroom and two (2) new offices. The Cultural Classroom shall be equipped with an exhaust fan (mounted on the existing roof). The new classroom will feature a ceiling mounted bulkhead to house the new exhaust fan, as well as a flooring feature. The scope of work includes modification of the existing radiant heating panels, installation of new ceiling tile & grid with new lighting (existing diffusers to be reinstalled), new flooring and rubber base, patching/priming/painting exiting walls & new walls, installation of new emergency lighting, modification to wiring of existing lights. Scope of work is to reflect the drawings. Hours of work should include for evenings/weekends during school occupancy.
