Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for completing the removal of sludge from two lagoons at the Town of Warrensburg (NY) Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work to include mobilization, demobilization, bonding, and insurance required for the project. Site preparation including all temporary site work and temporary utilities necessary to set up and operate the dredging and dewatering operations for both lagoons. Dredging, dewatering, and hauling of biosolids (municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge) to the specified landfill. Completing any required third party laboratory testing requirements for the biosolids as required by the receiving landfill or permitting agencies. Completing any associated permitting through the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation or other applicable agencies required to commence and complete the project in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
