Site work for a water / sewer project in Southington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will consist of scheduled repairs during normal business hours and emergency work as needed. The work described above includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to provide emergency excavations and piping repair services for the Town of Southington's Sewer Department's sanitary sewer lines. The Town of Southington hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and that they will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex, in consideration for this award All bidders are required to inform themselves fully of the conditions relating to the construction and labor under which the work will be or is now being performed and the Contractor shall employ, as far as possible, such methods and means in the carrying out of this work as will not cause interruption or interference with any other contractor. The Town of Southington reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
