Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

The work consists of: construction of a new concrete skate park facility including various site work, concrete flatwork, ledges, stairs and shotcrete transitions and banks, drainage, landscaping, and site amenities/features as per plans and specifications. Due to grant deadlines, this project has an aggressive construction schedule and must be completed by May 25, 2023. The City of Greenfield is soliciting bids for construction of an approximate 11,000 square foot concrete skate park.
