All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing three percent (3%) of the total amount of the tender, excluding options. This call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: ACCQO, AQNB and ALEC. The Center de services scolaire René-Lévesque does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the offers received and opened.
