In accordance with Chapter 103D-304, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) is seeking qualified professionals to provide subject matter expertise in the disciplines listed below. 1) Architecture 2) Civil Engineering 3) Construction Management 4) Electrical Engineering 5) Environmental Engineering 6) Geophysical Engineering 7) Hydrology 8) Land Surveying 9) Landscape Architecture 10) Mechanical Engineering 11) Planning 12) Project Manager 13) Soils Engineering 14) Structural Engineering Qualified, responsive providers of professional services listed above will be considered for service contracts during fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Future notices may be posted as additional needs arise throughout the fiscal year. Submittals without the above items will be considered incomplete and may be disqualified. Professional registration in the State of Hawaii is required for the provision of design engineering and architectural and/or surveying services. Firms shall have a Hawaii-licensed architect or professional engineer on staff when project management and construction management services are required. IMPORTANT: In response to this solicitation, interested individuals or firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the ADC. Submittals must be received to be considered for services during the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Submittals received after the deadline will be considered LATE. Late submittals will be accepted up until March 31, 2023 and will only be considered during the second half of the Fiscal Year 2023-23. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
