Site work for a municipal facility in Chesterfield, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This Request for Quote is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove an existing canopy structure and replace with a new canopy structure. -Remove the existing canopy and two (2) support poles, leaving the canopy footers and power. -Debris from removal to be hauled away. -Replace with new 24' x 30' canopy re-using existing canopy footers and canopy power. -New canopy requires: 15'-6" clearance Two (2) new columns, to be painted white, with pvc internal drains No less than one (1) 3/4" conduit for the canopy power Four (4) new LED canopy lights, 12" x 24" - Permits, engineered drawings or 3rd party inspections required shall be obtained by the contractor, the contractor shall be responsible for all permit fees and costs of any drawings associated with obtaining permits. All permit and drawing fees shall be included in the quote. -Restrooms: contractor to provide temporary restroom facilities. -At no time shall a contractor use any county ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or any other equipment, tool, or vehicle.
