**As of July 05, 2022, project was awarded to D&L Paving Contractors, awarded amount is $1,488,990.44.** The work to be performed under this contract includes improvements to Seminole Avenue from Oswego Avenue to Calumet Avenue and the milling and resurfacing of various roads located within the Borough of Oakland to the limits described in the Contract Documents. Also included is sidewalk, driveway, curb and ADA curb ramp restoration, drainage improvements, traffic striping and markings, and other incidentals. In default thereof, said checks and the amount represented thereby will be forfeited to the aforesaid Owner as liquidated damages. Bids must be accompanied, in the case of corporations not chartered in New Jersey, by proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days.
