Product/Service Requirements REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR ViewSonic ViewBoard IFP7552-E1 75", Extended Warranties, and Additional Equipment Polk School District System seeks proposals for a minimum quantity of 532 ViewSonic ViewBoard Model #IFP7552-E1 75" with additional warranties and equipment. Vendors must specify if there are any limits on the quantity of units' district may purchase. No substitutions for equipment will be accepted. Required Expectation of Install The vendor, upon winning the bid and ordering the product, must be able to store in a dust free, climate controlled environment. If this is not possible this could possibly disqualify your bid. The vendor will be responsible for removal and disposal of old SMART Boards and projectors. The vendor will be responsible for removing wall mounted LCD televisions in classrooms where the new ViewSonic Interactive Panels are installed and storage/disposal of TVs will be negotiated post bid award. Inside delivery to multiple locations and a liftgate will be required. If additional shipping costs will be incurred, they must be included in the proposal. Substitutions will not be evaluated. We are seeking purchase and installation proposals. Installation must be completed between the hours of 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm or on days when students are not in school.
