V, 1 Unit - Inlet, Type 'B', using new casting, Type 'N' Eco, 3 Units Manhole, 4.0' Diameter in addition to other miscellaneous items. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents. EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A CONSENT OF SURETY which states that the surety company will provide the Bidder with the performance bond specified in the Contract Documents in the event the Bidder is awarded the Contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid and Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Due to the circumstances, during the bid opening process, a bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
