Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is titled "Hikes Lane Pavement Rehabilitation" is located on Hikes Lane between Taylorsville Road and Bashford Avenue and includes the installation of concrete pavement, sidewalk, and curb. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Bidder is required to furnish a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid.
