https://www.fultoncountyoh.com/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_08022022-1151 Resolution 2022-522 Award Bid for Water Booster Station Pump Upgrade Project __________________________________________________________________ The proposed work consists of the removal and replacement of pump #3, replacement a pump #3 VFD, removal of the existing oil accumulator and replacement with EMPC, and various electrical work to support changes A bond providing for the bid guaranty and the contract bond in the full amount of the bid, or, A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. If this option is used, a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder as a condition of the contract. After the award of the contract let by competitive bid and prior to the time the contract is entered into, bidders shall submit the affidavit required under the Ohio Revised Code, Section 5719.042 that the bidder was not charged with any delinquent personal property taxes in Fulton County, Ohio. The Fulton County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
