Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Jefferson, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 7/19/2022 Project No award. Project will be rebid. The Project includes the following Work: The variable depth milling and resurfacing of Annette Court, Celine Court, and Larri Court. Full depth repair areas will be performed as necessary. The existing sidewalk, drive approaches, curb and gutter, and catch basins will be replaced. The project will be awarded contingent upon OPWC approval which is expected on or around July 1, 2022. Work may not begin until after this date. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. the project consists of the variable depth milling and resurfacing of annette court, celine court, and larri court. full depth repair areaswill be performed as necessary. the existing sidewalk, drive approaches, curb and gutter, andcatch basins will be replaced throughout the entire project. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $1,184,252.25 The Work will be substantially complete on or before August 11, 2023
