Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Project Description: This project includes improvements to an existing City of Raleigh facility and the project scope as defined by the project documents includes: Scope shall address nuisance tripping of site electrical fixtures. Majority of work shall occur in the site. Install two (2) new electrical enclosures close to exCM2022-01isting electrical handholes and intercept a total of seven (7) existing underground feeders for 50A receptacles mounted in existing light poles. Install new GFCI protection for these seven (7) existing receptacles in the new enclosures. Remove the existing GFCI breakers for the seven (7) 50A receptacles from the existing panel in the building and replace with standard breakers. Coordination with Owner and Pavilion building tenant will be required for all utility disruptions. The City's aspirational goal for MWBE participation is fifteen percent (15%) of the total contract amount to Certified MWBEs on construction projects of $300,000 or more, or contracts of $100,000 or more that include any State funding.
