A timeline for award has not yet been established.** TOWN OF GRAND CHUTE Outagamie County, Wisconsin OWNER The Town of Grand Chute acting through its Town Board, hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received in the Grand Chute Town Hall for the following described project. PROJECT The work shall consist of construction of a stormwater pond and storm sewer that will consist of approximately 50,200 cubic yards of excavation, mass grading of a fill site, 4,200 linear feet of storm sewer (6-inch to 48-inch), erosion controls and restoration. Bids will be received on the following Contract: Contract No. 2022-14 ORION POND AND STORM SEWER McM. No. G0006-09-22-00102 TIME All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. BID REJECTION The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Town of Grand Chute. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
