The City of Bangor invites sealed bids to furnish and deliver one used Articulating Boom Lift to the GSE Facility, FOB destination, 206 Maine Ave Bldg 253, Bangor, Maine.If emailing bid, please reference "Bid No. P22-39: BGR - Articulating Boom Lift - Used" in the subject line. Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2022.The City will issue a response on or before 4:30 PM, Tuesday, June 14, 2022. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be available on the City's website. Notifications will be sent out at the time of release of all addendum to the appropriate Registered Vendor List. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening. All bids shall be subject to acceptance by the City during this period. To withdraw a bid prior to the opening, the bidder shall request the withdrawal in writing. All costs associated with the withdrawal (i.e. mailing fees) will be borne by the Bidder. The City of Bangor intends to trade in one (1) used 1997 Articulating Boom Lift.
