Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kaunakakai, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Requisition Nbr: R2023000002 Document Nbr: D2023000002 1. This solicitation is for the construction of cement slabs and complete installation (materials and labor) of a shade structure. 2. The foundation area and shaded structure is approximately 30 x 50. 3. The minimum clearance for the structure is 14 high in accordance with the Federal Fire Department regulations. Contractors may inspect the area on the day of the prebid meeting. 4. All frame coating/paint color and fabric colors will be selected by the school. This project is tentatively scheduled to commence upon award of a purchase order and be completed by 06/30/2023 with construction days on campus to be determined in discussion with project coordinator and school administration approval.
