Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glens Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project includes installation of ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps along Murray Street, drainage structures, pedestrian signals at Murray Street and South Street intersection, signing and striping. The project also includes the installation of two (2) pedestrian bridges crossing the Glens Falls Feeder Canal. Bid deposit 5% of Base Bid. Digital versions of the plans and specifications may be obtained by contacting the City's Purchasing Department. Bid document requests shall be made by emailing purchasing@cityofglensfalls.com. USB drives containing electronic plans and specifications may be obtained, at no expense, from Purchasing Department located at the Glens Falls City Hall, 42 Ridge Street, Glens Falls, New York during business hours. Pick up of USB's must be arranged for individually with the shipping company. The City of Glens Falls will not mail USB's or other bid documents. This is a Federal-Aid project, and Federal requirements will prevail. Subcontracting is permitted as described in Section 108-05 of the Standard Specifications of the Dept. of Transportation. The use of Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprises is encouraged but not explicitly required.
