Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of supply and install 25-30 120-volt GFCI outlets in the flower beds and lawn at the City of Valdosta customer service building. All the outlets are to be powered from local panels adjacent to the areas of where they are to be installed. Boring most of the conduits in to keep from disturbing parking areas and landscaping. For more information contact Kevin Tolliver at (229) 259-3530. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids. Bids must be accompanied by a signed and notarized non collusive affidavit as well as a signed and notarized Georgia Security & Immigration Compliance affidavit. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price will be required. If bid price is $25,000.00 or less no bonds are required. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.
