This Materials Pre-Purchase includes manufacturing, coating with an epoxy polyamide coating system, and transportation of (71) steel pipe piles, as depicted in the plans and specifications, to the Port of Vancouver USA. The work shall include all necessary materials, labor, equipment, testing and transportation to accomplish this task. Supplier shall deliver all materials F.O.B. to Port of Vancouver USA property. Timing of delivery is critical to the future construction project. Exact location and timing of delivery will be coordinated with the port's marine contractor, who will be installing the supplied pipe piling during construction. Deliveries shall be completed no later than October 31, 2022. Priority sequence of pile deliveries shall be in the following order: In-Water Dolphins, Catwalk Piles, Trestle Piles, and then Upland Dolphins and Concrete Abutment piles. Bid documents, addenda and plan holder list for this project are available online through the Port of Vancouver's ProcureWare website found at the following URL: http://www.portvanusa. com/about/doing-business-with-the-port. Questions must be submitted via the Port's ProcureWare system no later than Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 12:00 PM. Please register your company on "ProcureWare" to download solicitation documents. All registered firms that download solicitation documents will automatically be listed as a plan holder. If you obtain this Bid from a source other than the Port of Vancouver's ProcureWare system, you will not be on record as a plan holder. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure the firm has received a complete solicitation package found on ProcureWare. Non-registered firms on the Port's ProcureWare system will not be able to download solicitation documents. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to learn of Addenda, if any.
