The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District (ACRD or “the Owner”) requests tenders from qualified contractors to construct and install a compost pad, contact water pond, surface water ditching, surface water pond, culverts, z-style precast concrete block tipping wall, and associated works. The West Coast Organic Processing Facility will be located within the West Coast Landfill 1500 Alaska Pine Road, Pacific Rim Highway approximately 9 km northwest of the Tofino-Ucluelet junction.
