Work will take place at the Bringhurst and the Deshler Morris Houses located at (INDE) Independence National Historical Park, Philadelphia, PA. This construction project will be performed per the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued, approximately 15 days from the date of this posting. The purpose of this project is to minimize future repairs and preserve the historic fabric of the Deshler Morris and Bringhurst houses by repairing the exterior envelopes of both houses. This will require painting of exterior woodwork, repairing masonry and stucco and replacing existing wood shingle roofing system at the Deshler Morris house. Additional work may require shutter repair, repointing and foundation waterproofing. This procurement action is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 238160, Roofing Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5 million.
