Questions must be submitted via the Port's portal no later than Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 12:00 PM. Please register your company on portal to download solicitation documents. All registered firms that download solicitation documents will automatically be listed as a plan holder. If you obtain this Bid from a source other than the Port of Vancouver's portal, you will not be on record as a plan holder. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure the firm has received a complete solicitation package found on portal. Bid results may be obtained within 24 hours after the Bid opening by accessing the portal. Submitters must utilize the proposal form included within this bid document. The Port of Vancouver in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit Bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award.
