Replace torn, damaged awnings across front of building first floor Minimum Grant Budget $100K + $33.3K = $133.3K Project #1: Window Replacement - Replace 29 double-hung windows with energy efficient metal clad wood windows to match existing openings and profiles including cupola window. Eliminate deteriorated and non-historical storm windows Replacement required due to o Deteriorated condition of Sills, Jams, lift systems, caulking etc o Replacement windows o Replace with same size and style of original windows o Eliminate storm windows o Non original, Ugly, limited energy loss control Project #2 HVAC Equipment - Contracting Process One (1) York 96% efficient Two-Stage gas furnace with a standard ECM motor model#TM9Y80B12 (or equivalent) - One (1) York LX Series 2.5 ton 13 SEER with R410A refrigerant model#YCD30B22S - Indoor coil, lineset and outdoor pad - One (1) Programmable thermostat - Complete ductwork system - Registers and grilles - Low voltage wiring - high voltage wiring by others - we will make the final connection - Gas piping by others - we will make the final connection - Includes all miscellaneous material and labor for completion Apmt #2/3 Renovations - Statement of Work Renovate outdated Apmt #2 / #3 into modern "Loft Like" apartments while returning these spaces to historical ceiling height / features. Finished apartment to be fully complete, have C of O and be move in ready, except for appliances upon completion. Apmt #2/3 Renovations - Statement of Work Demolition Disconnect fixtures and electrical as required for demolition Remove cabinetry and other finish as required Demolish some walls per drawings Remove dry wall as required Remove plaster from south wall to expose brick apmt #2 Remove fixtures and appliances Remove nails, clean joist bays as needed Remove all suspended and drywall ceilings to expose original ceilings Remove flooring as required Sweep, vacuum Remove sub floor as required to route new plumbing o Replacements will allow us to meet Stretch Energy Codes o Improve comfort and energy costs for residents o Current windows are a major heat loss and source of drafts o Contribute to Climate Change initiatives Electrical New panel box already installed Install all new electrical wiring: switches, sockets, lighting, appliance power per drawings Install, wire new electric baseboard heating units per drawing with wall thermostats Lighting to be: LED Locations per sketch Install smoke and CO detectors Finish Smooth plaster finish on all walls, ceiling Install trim carpentry Save historic trim, moldings as possible Repair, replace window trim as needed Door trim 4" baseboard molding
