**As of July 21, 2023 no complete bids were received for this project. Ultimately, it was elected not to rebid the project and City crews completed the vast majority of the work. The City of Wauwatosa is seeking proposals from well qualified contracting firms to renovate the playground area at Hart Park, 7300 West Chestnut Street, Wauwatosa, WI 53213. Project limits are confined to the playground area consisting of approximately 30,000 square feet. The Hart Park playground renovation will include the installation of new playground equipment, rough and fine grading, concrete work, play surface installation, irrigation and site amenities. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools and other services as may be required to complete the renovation. The City of Wauwatosa reserves, exclusively to itself, the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City and to waive any, or all, technicalities or informalities in submitted proposals. No proposals, alterations, or modifications to proposals shall be allowed after the official date of submission.
