Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to the normal processes. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their proposal. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their proposal from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response.
