Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Lincoln Electric System is issuing this bid process for the purpose of selecting a contractor for the Rokeby Asphalt Replacement. This work is for the removal and replacement of the top 2" of all asphalt surfaces on the site, and installation of a new zero-shape entry to the main entrance. The existing north parking lot is to NOT be included in this scope. Contractor to include restriping of the south parking lot to match the north parking lot's diagonal orientation including (1) handicap stall. Successful respondent will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation, 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/14/2022 4:00 PM LES Procurement Department; procurementdept@les.com.
