This is an informal small purchase solicitation of quotes for fence installation at claiborne circle - 1600 N. Claiborne Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70116. Interested respondents should carefully read all stated information and requirements included herein. The services required are described more fully in Exhibit A. The selected contractor must: 1.) hold any other licenses required by the State of Louisiana and the City of New Orleans to perform all services outlined herein; 2.) comply with all Federal, state and local laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations that in any way affect the delivery of contract services; 3.) maintain a current certificate of insurance throughout the duration of the contract term, including contract extensions, in accordance with the requirements outlined herein. If awarded a contract, the contractor must submit a Certificate of Insurance evidencing all required coverages before starting the work. The insurance carriers must be authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana with a minimum A- rating. Insurance coverages must be maintained throughout the contract term contract, including any contract extension(s).
