The State Street Resurfacing Project is a Maine Federal Aid Project No. STP 2352(100)X, MeDOT WIN 23521.00, located along a portion of State Street starting at Hancock Street and extending easterly 0.95 miles to Hogan Road, Bangor, Maine. The Hogan Road Resurfacing Project is a Maine Federal Aid Project No. STP 2413(100)X, MeDOT WIN 24131.00, located along a portion of Hogan Road starting at State Street and extending northerly 0.62 miles to Mount Hope Avenue, Bangor, Maine. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required in the form of cash, a certified check or bid bond. This project is subject to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wage Rate Determination. All work shall be governed by State of Maine Department of Transportation, "Standard Specification", revision of March 2020, and "Standard Details", revision of March 2020.
