The Highland County Commissioners will receive bids, as provided in this notice for the Concord School Demolition (the Project). The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than August 31, 2022. Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to McCarty Associates, LLC, or by email, to mccarty@mccartyassocites.com All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any bids or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Contractors and subcontractors can view and download information free of charge. All online bidders must register with online to bid on projects (please allow time for processing). Submission of an online bid requires payment to online of $40/bid, or a monthly subscription of $50 for unlimited bidding. Copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained from the office of McCarty Associates, LLC, by emailing their request to dkarnes@mccartyassociates.com. The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the project identified as the Concord School Demolition ("the Project"), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional.
