The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than August 31, 2022. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any bids or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Contractors and subcontractors can view and download information free of charge. All online bidders must register with online to bid on projects (please allow time for processing).
