Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Bids will be submitted using the Bid Forms provided herein. Bid security shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of Bid amount, and shall be submitted with the Bid. Bidders shall agree to not withdraw the Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after due date of Bids Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract prices, Wisconsin AIA Document A312-2010 Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance. The right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities is reserved by Waukesha County. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $25K-$40K.
