No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner s judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Prevailing Wage Rates, in accordance with Government Code 2258 are applicable to this project.
