The Madison-Oneida BOCES, ("MOBOCES"), for itself and on behalf of Participating School Districts (PSDs), is requesting bids for the provision of Trash and Recyclables Collection and Disposal services for the period of July 8, 2022 to June 30, 2025. It is the intent of these Specifications to cover completely the provision of defined Trash and Recyclables Collection and Disposal services to MOBOCES and PSDs. MOBOCES and PSDs desire to obtain as complete data as possible from each Vendor to enable MOBOCES and PSDs to determine whether the Vendor is able to meet all of the Bid criteria to fit the needs of MOBOCES and PSDs. The Successful Vendor must provide trash and recyclables collection and disposal services to MOBOCES and PSDs through trash and recyclable receptacles owned and maintained by the Vendor, to be placed at sites to be mutually agreed upon by the parties when placed at the listed locations If the Bid is submitted by Federal Express / UPS / Priority Mail or other means of special delivery, the above described properly marked and sealed envelope shall be placed inside the Fed Ex, UPS or other special mailing envelope or package. Two (2) copies of each Bid must be submitted. All Bids shall remain valid a maximum of forty-five (45) days from date of Bid opening. Requests for copies of Bid results must be submitted in writing The District reserves the right to reject any bid or request for assignment for a Bidder/Contractor that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award of a contract and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any Bidder/Contractor that is awarded a Contract and subsequently appears on the Prohibited Entities List.
