Renovation of a fire / police facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
General Scope of Work: Generally consists of converting two holding cells into padded isolation cells. Including doors and frames with detention grade materials, food pass, view windows and with shades, detention type locks, water closet controllers 6. Pursuit to NRS 338.080, if the contract sum is $100,000 or more, then the Contractor is required to pay prevailing wages for the work hereunder. Current prevailing wage rates are available through the State of Nevada Labor Commission. 7. Washoe County Capital Projects would like to direct your attention to new legislation regarding apprenticeship taking affect January 1, 2020. Please see NRS 338 and NRS 610 for instructions. Approximate Construction Start Date: Monday, October 31, 2022 Approximate Construction Duration: 45 Calendar Days The estimated cost range for this project is: $350,000
