Contractor shall provide all manpower, tools, equipment, and material to replace a 75 KVA transformer if Bldg 46 at the VBA Regional Office in St Petersburg FL. - Construction shall be in accordance with OSHA, Federal, State, and Local codes and/or requirements. - Construction Wage Determination for Pinellas County FL. is applicable. - This project is 100% set-aside for CVE certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business' (SDVOSBs) capable of meeting the requirements set forth in this solicitation. - This requirement is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461, Veterans First Program. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns that are registered and verified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ of offers shall be considered for award.
