Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Remove and replace existing kitchen drains by re-routing the new kitchen drains to outside the buildings and connecting to existing exterior buildings drains and/or sewers. Work will include interior and exterior: sanitary drain piping, grease traps, miscellaneous architectural work (flooring, walls) concrete slab removal and replacement, excavation, backfill, landscaping, shrubs, and asphalt. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate the Work shall start as stated in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
