The work shall consist of the indicated work quantities and scope for the roadways as proposed in Sections I, II. All work shall be constructed as outlined in this contract and as directed by the Municipal Representative. Foster Road: Federal Hill Road to Brookline Town Line Length of 3,277x21 +/-'wide , 2" of top mix 3/8, with tack at .06gal/sy 3. Young Road; for a length of 2408'x20 +/-', 2" of top mix 3/8, with tack at .06gal/sy 4. Federal Hill : to Hillis Line, length of 4,748'x21 +/-' wide, 2" of top mix 3/8, with tack at .06gl/sy All quantities are plus or minus, all could vary Award will be made to the Bidder/s whose offer/s provide the greatest value to the Town from the standpoint of suitability to purpose, quality, service, previous experience, price, ability to deliver, or for any other reason deemed by the Town to be in the best interest of the Town. Thus, the result will not be determined by price alone.
