Bid guarantee Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check, a bank draft, a tender bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, depending on the validity indicated in the tender document, for an amount equivalent 10% of the amount of the bid including taxes. Ville de Roberval does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Email and fax submissions will not be accepted.
